The Elysium Communities Referral Program ("Program") allows participants ("Referrers") to earn free months of living credits by referring others who apply and are approved for an Elysium Membership ("Referrals"). By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated or modified by Elysium Communities at any time without prior notice. Referrers will be able to track their referrals online at ElysiumCommunities.com and may receive periodic updates regarding submissions from the Elysium support team, including notifications about approved applicants. If a Referrer no longer wishes to participate in the Program, no action is required — they will simply stop referring others.
Both Referrers and Referrals must be 18 years or older and United States of America citizens.
Referrals must be first-time applicants and must not have previously applied or been referred.
Referrers must provide truthful and accurate information during participation.
A referral qualifies when:
The referred person applies to live in Elysium Communities.
The application is approved based on Elysium Communities' selection criteria.
The referred person completes any required onboarding process, including the initial deposit or token purchase (if applicable).
Important Notes:
Multiple referrals of the same individual will not be counted. Only the first Referrer to submit the Referral will receive credit.
Elysium Communities reserves the right to disqualify any referral deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant with these terms.
Elysium Communities reserves the right to disqualify any referral at its sole discretion.
Each approved Referral earns the Referrer one (1) free month of living credits — equivalent to one month of per-person dues at the Referrer's current membership tier.
The referred individual also receives one (1) free month of living credits upon approval and onboarding completion.
Referrers may earn a maximum of four (4) guaranteed free months of living credits through the standard referral reward structure.
A Referrer's third qualifying Referral counts as two (2) free months of living credits for the Referrer, accelerating progress toward the four-month maximum.
For every qualifying Referral submitted after a Referrer's third approved Referral, both the Referrer and the referred individual will be entered into Elysium's Free Year Draw.
The Free Year Draw offers eligible participants the opportunity to receive up to twelve (12) free months of living credits.
Draw entries accumulate with each additional qualifying Referral beyond the third. Draw winners will be selected and notified by Elysium Communities at its sole discretion.
Entry into the Free Year Draw does not guarantee a reward. Elysium Communities reserves the right to determine draw frequency, winner selection, and reward fulfillment at its sole discretion.
Living credits cannot be redeemed for cash and may only be applied toward monthly dues and eligible fees at Elysium Communities.
Elysium Communities reserves the right to modify reward values, structures, and eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice.
All reward determinations are final and subject to Elysium's sole discretion.
Special bonuses, including priority placement and additional credits, may be offered at Elysium's discretion. Details will be communicated via program updates.
Living credits will be distributed within 180 days of the Referral's approval and onboarding completion.
Elysium reserves the right to delay or modify credit distribution if technical or operational issues arise.
All credit distributions are final and subject to Elysium's sole discretion.
Elysium Communities reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Elysium is not liable for losses, delays, or changes caused by technical failures, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control.
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and a waiver of any legal claims against Elysium Communities related to program modifications or terminations.
This Program is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
