The First Light at Elysium
The First Light at Elysium Program celebrates a once-in-a-lifetime milestone: the very first 20 babies (firstborn in the family) conceived and born within our community enjoy: six months of free rent; recognition as honored Founding Family members; and a wellness package for the parents and a tech-forward, sustainable nursery designed for optimal early development.
When these historic babies are born, the entire community will gather for a celebration, lanterns glowing on the riverwalk, a tree planted in their honor, their name etched alongside the Tree of Life installation. Over time, this tradition will grow into a birth tree grove, a living testament to Elysium’s legacy of family, harmony, and continuity.
And while the First Light is a singular honor, every baby born in Elysium is cherished. All families automatically receive one month of free rent and access to the Hello Baby Initiative; with its $10K annual value in wellness care, family support, and community traditions, ensuring that every child begins their journey with abundance and every parent feels supported from day one.

When you welcome a child at Elysium, you get enrolled in the “Hello Baby Initiative*”, which provides an estimated $10,000 in value per year. Expecting families receive priority access to two-bedrooms now and larger homes as they grow. Mothers receive expanded prenatal care; ultrasounds and labs happen right here. Help is not a hotline; it’s down the hall.
