How is Elysium different from traditional real estate?

Traditional real estate derives its value from the physical four walls, contents, and location of a property. There, you’d think in terms of things like square footage, number of beds-baths, washer and dryer, etc. Experiential real estate derives its value from its sense of community connection, customs, activities, and living system. There, you’d think in terms of what your home connects you to: personality-compatible neighbors, quests, activities; and the way this system of living supports life goals and improves your sense of wellness.

How do you earn living credits?

Community initiatives, coop activities, and volunteering are at the heart of Elysium. By relying on community members, we keep operational costs low while also fostering community engagement. For instance: members can volunteer their time to give a helping hand at a greenhouse; lead a social or entertainment initiative like stand-up comedy; or any number of community “quests” that keep life at Elysium working. This translates into savings for members, more connection, and free entertainment. The best part is that members who chose to engage in these activities will earn credits that go towards their monthly membership. In short, by helping out or creating fun activites for everyone, you get huge discounts towards your membership fee. Like getting paid to have fun!

How does Elysium make money?

Elysium makes money through a diversified, real-world service economy; not by squeezing residents through ever-rising rent. In addition to membership, the community generates recurring revenue from things like dining, farmers-market commerce, wellness and health services, and select premium experiences offered on-site, with a limited portion available to the public by design. That means Elysium isn’t dependent on unit sales or constant price hikes to survive; it can earn through value created every day—helping us reinvest into better amenities, better operations, and ultimately more for less for the people who live here.

How will AI and robotics impact my living experience and privacy?

At Elysium, AI and robotics are used thoughtfully to enhance everyday living; never to scrutinize, addict, or replace people.
AI helps streamline community administration, reduce operational costs, and keep monthly fees lower for everyone. Robotics takes care of the most labor-intensive tasks, especially in agriculture and maintenance, so residents enjoy a lighter, more casual lifestyle.

What happens when I join the waitlist?

Is Elysium a good place to raise or start a family?

Our community design is predicated on the question of human happiness, growth, and curiosity by fostering deep and functional connections, promoting physical activity, and incentivizing innovation. What’s more, every child at Elysium will be eligible to enroll in Elysium Academy: a complimentary education program focused on student-centered, hands-on, project-based learning that fosters curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking through STEM, ethics, and first-principles reasoning. Students also enjoy fresh, organic meals grown right within the community every school day. Is Elysium a rental community?

Elysium blends the best of rent and ownership through an Elysium Key that provides exclusive access to a private member association. This allows the community to offer a low monthly fee that is below market rents while also granting the option to share a stake, and potential upside, in the community itself.
