Elysium operates on an access-ownership model: residents hold a transferable stake in community access — the things people actually want from real estate — without the liability, maintenance costs, insurance burden, or debt that traditional ownership forces on them. TIMELINE & ACCESS

Elysium One breaks ground with an estimated completion between Q4 2028 and Q2 2029.
