Elysium is building a new kind of community. The software layer isn’t “nice to have.” It’s how residents and operators experience the system: access, scheduling, events, services, rewards, and daily life.

Product here is about designing a reality that feels effortless.

The mission (what you’ll actually do)

You will own the product vision and execution for the City OS across resident experiences and operator workflows.

You will:

Define product strategy across resident app + operator tools + service workflows.
Design tokenized/rewards flows that are invisible, intuitive, and legally sane.
Build the MVP scope ladder for launch: what matters now, what can wait, what must never ship.
Establish the product operating system: discovery, prioritization, PRDs, delivery partnership with engineering.
Own user research, feedback loops, and measurable outcomes: adoption, retention, participation, satisfaction.

Profile we’re looking for (non-negotiables)

10–15+ years product leadership; has shipped platforms with complex workflows.
Strong B2B2C instincts: residents + operators + vendors in one system.
Can translate messy operations into clean product primitives.
Deep taste for simplicity: minimal clicks, minimal friction, maximum clarity.

What you’ll build in your first 90 days

A product blueprint: core user journeys, operator workflows, metrics, and v1 scope.
A launch-ready roadmap with ruthless prioritization and cut-lines.
A system for continuous iteration: experiments, feedback loops, dashboards.
Product governance that keeps the system coherent as it grows.
