Elysium is building a village where food is part of the operating system: two meals a day, consistent quality, smooth service, and a social atmosphere that makes community feel inevitable.

This is not a restaurant job.
It’s building the F&B engine of a new living model.

The mission (what you’ll actually do)

You will design and run Elysium’s end-to-end F&B operation: culinary execution, service systems, staffing, cost control, and experience quality.

You will:

Build the F&B operating model: service format, staffing, kitchen flow, throughput, and quality control.
Own the budget and unit economics: food cost %, labor %, waste, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
Create systems for consistent excellence at scale: SOPs, training, QA, sanitation, compliance.
Partner with community experience and operations to make dining feel like a daily anchor of social life.
Coordinate with purchasing and (future) agriculture to integrate supply, menus, and reliability.
Launch strong and stay strong—no “opening month is great then it falls apart.”

Profile we’re looking for (non-negotiables)

10–20+ years leading F&B in high-volume environments (hotels, resorts, cruise, campus dining, multi-unit).
Proven ability to run large teams and maintain quality under throughput pressure.
Strong cost discipline without sacrificing experience.
Builder mindset: creates repeatable systems, not hero-driven operations.

What you’ll build in your first 90 days

The full F&B blueprint for the MVP village: service model, staffing plan, kitchen workflow, throughput targets.
SOPs and training program for consistent quality and speed.
Cost-control system: food cost, labor cost, waste controls, performance dashboards.
A dining experience plan that supports community rituals and social gravity.
