Elysium needs owner-side PMs who can operate like a surgeon: precise, fast, calm, and relentless about detail.

If you like solving hundreds of moving pieces without losing the plot—this is your role.

The mission (what you’ll actually do)

You will run day-to-day owner-side project execution for one or more scopes on the village: schedule, coordination, issue resolution, documentation, and delivery readiness.

You will:

Own schedule tracking, look-aheads, and dependency management.
Drive coordination across GC/trades/design/consultants to keep production flowing.
Track RFIs, submittals, field changes, inspections, and punch lists without drift.
Enforce scope clarity and stop “death by a thousand small changes.”
Support commissioning, turnover, and operational handoff.
Provide real-time truth: what’s on-track, what’s off, and what must change.

Profile we’re looking for (non-negotiables)

8–15+ years construction PM experience (owner-side strongly preferred).
Strong field instincts + strong documentation discipline.
Fluent in construction workflows: RFIs, submittals, pay apps, changes, inspections.
Calm under pressure and allergic to surprises.

What you’ll build in your first 90 days

A clean execution rhythm: weekly reporting, constraint tracking, and issue escalation loops.
A documentation system that makes handoffs painless.
A punch/closeout framework that prevents last-minute chaos.
A daily truth channel: fast, accurate, unemotional reporting.
