Elysium isn’t “a building with leasing.” It’s a new living model. That means property management here is closer to running a high-end membership community—where the standard is proactive, not reactive.

We need a leader who can protect asset performance while enhancing resident experience.

The mission (what you’ll actually do)

You will own the property management engine across residential + mixed-use components: leasing, renewals, resident relations, operational policy, compliance, and performance.

You will:

Lead leasing and resident lifecycle: onboarding, retention, transfers, renewals, move-outs.
Build the PM systems: policies, workflows, compliance, documentation, service standards.
Manage PM staff and vendor ecosystem with clear metrics.
Coordinate with Community Operations, Facilities, and Experience teams to keep “life quality” high and friction low.
Maintain financial and operational performance: occupancy, delinquency controls, unit turns, and risk management.

Profile we’re looking for (non-negotiables)

10–15+ years property management leadership (multifamily + mixed-use preferred).
Proven results: occupancy, resident satisfaction, turns, team leadership.
Strong policy instincts without becoming bureaucratic.
High emotional intelligence: can handle conflict calmly, fairly, and fast.

What you’ll build in your first 90 days

Leasing + onboarding playbooks built for a village launch.
Resident lifecycle systems: transfers, disputes, renewals, community rules that feel fair.
Unit turns and maintenance coordination system with Facilities.
A PM performance dashboard with real leading indicators.
