Hybrid

Elysium is building a minimum viable village that feels like a real place—not a real estate product.
We’re designing for an engineered outcome: high experience yield per dollar, per square foot, per day.

If you believe architecture should shape behavior, emotion, and community—not just space—this is your arena.

The mission (what you’ll actually do)

You will be the design authority for Elysium’s master plan and architecture, creating a kit-of-parts that scales from pilot village to multiple cities.

You’ll lead:

  • Master planning: movement, density, adjacency, rhythm, nodes, and social flow.
  • Architectural system design: modular, repeatable typologies with cost/constructability discipline.
  • Design-to-budget partnership with development, construction, MEP, and procurement.
  • Aesthetic direction that feels “cosmic, iconic, inevitable”—but still buildable.

Profile we’re looking for (non-negotiables)

  • 10–20+ years in architecture/master planning, with built work (not just concept art).
  • Strong command of constructability, detailing, and real-world constraints.
  • Has led multi-disciplinary coordination across architecture + engineering + interiors + landscape.
  • Taste + restraint: can create wow without waste.

What you’ll build in your first 90 days

  • The master plan logic for the MVP village (and how it scales).
  • The first “kit-of-parts” set: unit typologies + amenities + circulation patterns.
  • A design governance system: decision rights, standards, and fast iteration loops.
